Erroneous trade in Wits Gold shares Wits Gold (JSE: WGR; ADR: WIWTY)has been informed by the JSE Limited that on Friday 17th November transactions in Wits Gold shares were completed in error during the closing auction. This error resulted in the reported closing price for Wits Gold shares of R40.01. Management of Wits Gold has subsequently been advised that these transactions involving the trade of 6186 shares will be reversed and that the ruling price will be revised to its former level of R57.00. A separate SENS announcement acknowledging this error will be released by the JSE Limited.
